Booking Information

Effective from March 2026

This section explains the booking, confirmation, and visit process at Pulse Game Club in Puerto Madero.

1. How to book

Bookings are made via the booking form or through the contact form. Please indicate date, time slot, zone (PC or console), and email.

2. Confirmation

Once processed, you will receive confirmation by email or message with your session details. The booking remains subject to availability until explicit confirmation is sent.

3. Arrival

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your booked time. Address: Av. Juana Manso 555, Puerto Madero. Street-level access; parking available in the area (not included in the booking price).

4. Session duration

Play time starts when the station is activated, not upon arrival. To extend your session, check availability with staff before your slot ends.

5. Bundles and memberships

Hour bundles activate at purchase and are valid for 30 days. Memberships include Day Pass access (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM) plus benefits depending on the selected tier.

6. Private events

Full-venue bookings require a 40% deposit and confirmation at least one week in advance. Our team coordinates setup, access, and bar service per the agreed package.

7. Rescheduling

Date changes are free up to 24 hours before your slot. See the Returns Policy for cancellation conditions.
