Returns Policy
Effective from March 2026
At Pulse Game Club we understand plans can change. This policy describes conditions for cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.
1. Single booking cancellation
- More than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund or free rescheduling.
- Between 24 and 4 hours before: 50% refund or equivalent credit.
- Less than 4 hours or no-show: no refund.
2. Hour bundles
Bundles are valid for 30 days from purchase. Non-refundable once activated, except for verified service failure on our part. Unused hours within the period are not automatically extended.
3. Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days within the current month.
4. Private events
Cancelling a full-venue event requires 72 hours notice. 30% of the amount paid is retained for administrative costs and schedule blocking.
5. Bar and food
Bar items cannot be returned once delivered, except in case of order error or product defect, which will be replaced at no extra cost.
6. Procedure
To request cancellation or refund, contact [email protected] with your booking number, date, and reason. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the original payment method.
7. Exceptional cases
Service interruptions due to prolonged technical failures (over 30 minutes) entitle you to equivalent time extension or partial credit, at the venue team's discretion.
